1. Delete in the app
- Open the Deals On app and sign in.
- Tap Me in the bottom bar.
- Tap the settings icon (the gear).
- Tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE, then tap Delete everything.
Deletion cannot be undone.
2. Delete on the website
- Sign in at dealson.io.
- Open Settings.
- Under Delete account, click Delete my account.
- Type DELETE, then click Delete everything.
3. Delete by email
If you can't use the app, email shaheednesirov@gmail.com from the email address you signed up with. Use the subject "Delete my Deals On account". We will confirm the request and delete the account.
4. What is deleted
- Your profile and onboarding answers
- Your matches, applications and deals
- Messages you wrote and documents you uploaded
- Your inbox connections and anything analysed from them
- Your badges and credits
5. What is kept, and for how long
Your data is deleted within 30 days of your request. Security logs (sign-in and sign-out events) are kept for a short extra period to investigate fraud, then deleted on the same schedule.
People you talked with keep their own copies of shared conversations, the same as with email.
6. Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through Google Play or the App Store. Cancel it first in your Google Play or App Store subscription settings.
