1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using Deals On, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you're using Deals On on behalf of a company, you're confirming you have the authority to bind that company to these Terms.
2. What Deals On is
Deals On is a matching and relationship-management platform for founders, investors, and other people doing deals. It maintains a graph of relevant, consented relationships, scores matches against your stated goal, and shows who can introduce you. You write and send your own messages.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Deals On. If you're representing a company, you must be authorized to act on its behalf for the purposes of raising capital, investing, or forming business relationships.
4. Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for everything that happens under your account.
- The information you provide — about yourself, your company, your fundraise or mandate — must be accurate. Verified badges exist specifically to distinguish claims we've confirmed from ones we haven't; misrepresenting either is a violation of these Terms.
- One account per person. Don't create accounts for people who haven't agreed to these Terms themselves.
- We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication — it's free, built in, and takes under a minute.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, bulk-export, or systematically harvest other members' data or the relationship graph.
- Use a connected inbox or your agent to send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or anything a recipient hasn't implicitly consented to receive by being in your real network.
- Impersonate another person or company, or misrepresent your role, stage, or fundraising status.
- Attempt to bypass the authority/delegation checks that gate what your agent is allowed to send.
- Interfere with, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or another member's account.
- Use the service for any purpose that's illegal, fraudulent, or that facilitates illegal or fraudulent activity by others.
Violating any of this is grounds for immediate suspension or termination (Section 10).
6. Connected accounts and your agent
When you connect Outlook, Slack, or Gmail, you're authorizing Deals On to access that account under the exact scope you granted — read-only by default, and only able to send if you separately authorized that. You can revoke either grant at any time from Integrations; revocation is immediate.
Your AI agent operates strictly within the delegation level you set. Nothing is sent under your name or through a connected account without that authorization existing first — the product is built so authority is checked before a send is possible, not after.
7. AI features — what they are and aren't
Match scores and thread summaries are generated by AI and are decision support, not verified facts or professional advice. You are responsible for the business, financial, or legal decisions you make based on what the product surfaces. A match being shown does not constitute a recommendation, endorsement, or guarantee of outcome.
8. Free tier and membership
The free tier is a real, complete product — not a crippled trial. Applying to and accepting introductions is always free. An optional paid membership removes certain usage caps (like monthly agent credits), and credit packs can be bought without a membership. The price is shown before you pay.
In our mobile apps, membership and credit packs are sold through the app store you installed from: Samsung Galaxy Store, Google Play or the Apple App Store. That store charges you and handles billing and refunds under its own terms. A membership renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it in that store's subscription settings; deleting your Deals On account does not cancel it. Credits you buy do not expire while your account exists.
On our website, payments are processed by Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record, which handles billing, taxes and refunds for those orders. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
9. Your content, our license
You own what you put into Deals On — your profile, your documents, your messages. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the product for you (matching, summarizing, showing it back to you and the people you're matched with, per your own visibility settings). We don't use your content for anything outside providing the service, and Section 3 of the Privacy Policy covers exactly how AI processing works.
10. Suspension and termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings; see the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data afterward. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates Section 5, presents a security risk, or where required by law. Where practical, we'll tell you why.
11. Disclaimers
Deals On is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that any match will result in a deal, meeting, investment, or any other outcome — the product surfaces relevant, consented connections and evidence; what happens next is between the people involved. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, though we work to keep it that way.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deals On and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including a deal that did or didn't happen, decisions made based on AI-generated content, or actions taken by another member. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or $100 if you're on the free tier.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Deals On against claims arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the service, or content you submit that infringes someone else's rights.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Deals On's operating entity is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. [This section names a specific governing jurisdiction once the operating entity's registration is finalized — flagged here rather than guessed.]
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the product changes. Material changes will be announced by email or an in-app notice before they take effect; continuing to use Deals On after that means you accept the update.
